Bio
Dr. Tyler Watts is an Assistant Professor of Education at Mercer University. In his role, he teaches in the Tift College of Education and is developing a MS in Instructional Design and Technology. He previously was the program coordinator for the MEd in eLearning and Instructional Design at Southern Wesleyan University.Dr. Watts earned his PhD in Education Sciences with a concentration in School Technology Leadership from the University of Kentucky. His research interests include instructional design, alternative assessment, online learning leadership, and teaching & learning centers. Dr. Watts is also an advocate for accessible and open practices in online education.
